06 — How we work

From enquiry to signed delivery note

1

Enquiry & review

You send the RFQ, BOQ, drawing or sample. We check ratings, standards and quantities before pricing, and flag anything that looks wrong.

2

Sourcing & quotation

We source from established manufacturers and distributors and issue a written quotation with brands, specifications, lead times and validity.

3

Order confirmation

On your LPO we confirm the order, fix the delivery date and assign one contact person for the duration of the supply.

4

Inspection & delivery

Goods are checked against the order before dispatch and delivered to site or store. Client inspection before offloading is welcome.

5

Documents & support

Delivery note, invoice, certificates and warranty handed over. We follow up on defects and offer ongoing maintenance support.

07 — Why clients use us

Specification first.Every time.

Most supply problems on a project are not price problems. They are specification problems.

Six reasons buyers keep coming back

We buy to specification

Ratings, standards and duty are checked before we price. You get the item the design calls for, not the nearest cheap equivalent.

Ten lines, one vendor

Fewer suppliers to chase, fewer purchase orders to raise, one delivery schedule and one person answerable for it.

Genuine and traceable

Sourced through recognised manufacturers and authorised distributors, with documentation and warranty in your name.

Dates we can defend

We quote lead times we can meet and tell you early if anything slips. No silence, no surprises at the gate.

A Professional Engineer reviews your enquiry

Our technical lead is a BSc Mechanical Engineer registered with the Engineers Registration Board as a Professional Engineer (PE) - your engineer talks to an engineer, not a salesperson.

Tender-ready paperwork

Compliant quotations, company documents and delivery records prepared for procurement, audit and tender submission.

Send us your next RFQ

Share the BOQ, drawing, item list or even a photograph. You will have a written quotation with brands, specifications and lead times within 48 hours.
